Beti, vajan kam karne ke liye sabse zaroori hai ghar ka khaana aur meetha kam. Subah neembu paani piyo, aur dinner mein halka khaana khao. Dals, sabzi, aur whole grains acche hain. Par kisi bhi nayi diet shuru karne se pehle doctor se pooch lena.

Ugh, weight loss. The bane of every foodie's existence! But honestly, I found that high protein foods like paneer, eggs, and chicken keep you full longer, so you don't crave snacks. And lots of veggies are like 'filler' food – you can eat a ton without guilt. Still miss my biryani though!

Yes, protein and fiber are key. Lentils, whole grains, and lots of vegetables help keep you full and energized.

Hey, don't rush into crash diets. For sustainable weight loss, focus on protein-rich foods like dals, chicken, paneer, and lots of fiber from fruits and veggies. They keep you full and aid digestion. And remember to drink plenty of water. You got this!

For weight loss, prioritize high-fiber foods like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Also, incorporate lean proteins such as eggs, chicken, fish, or paneer to increase satiety. Don't forget plenty of water. It's about creating a calorie deficit with nutritious food.

Oh, weight loss is a journey, not a race. In my younger days, I tried everything. What truly works is eating more whole foods: plenty of fruits, vegetables, lentils, and whole grains. They fill you up naturally and are good for you. Don't starve yourself, just eat wisely.
