Is there a human alive who doesnt need sleep?

I've been pulling all-nighters for work lately and barely get 3-4 hours of sleep. Sometimes I just wish I didn't need to sleep at all. Is there really anyone who can live without sleeping, or is it just a myth?

If there is one, please introduce them to me because I'm surviving on 3 hours of sleep and my brain feels like scrambled eggs. Seriously though, biologically it's impossible. Even the craziest workaholics will collapse eventually.

Medically speaking, no human can survive without sleep. There are rare neurological disorders where people sleep very little, but it takes a heavy toll on their health. Every body needs those 6 to 8 hours to repair and function properly.

I used to boast that I only need 4 hours of sleep during my early business days. It caught up with me in my 40s with chronic fatigue and brain fog. Sleep is non-negotiable. Fix your sleep hygiene, turn off screens by 10 PM, and see the difference.

I ignored my chronic lack of sleep for a year, thinking I was superhuman, until I fainted at work and crashed my car. Lack of sleep is a silent killer. If you are unable to sleep, please don't ignore it and consult a doctor immediately.

I know how stressful it is when insomnia hits and you feel like you are the only one awake in the world. But rest assured, every single human needs sleep to live. Don't worry, your body will find its rhythm back. Try to relax.
