These terms govern your use of Zerunio. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Zerunio.
1. What Zerunio is
Zerunio is a health-information publisher. We provide articles, calculators and tools, a community Q&A, and AI features (MediMind, Ask Zerunio) for general education only. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and using Zerunio does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

You sign in with a mobile number and one-time code. Keep your access secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older.
4. Community rules
The community exists to help people. When you ask or answer, you agree to:
- Be respectful and keep questions general – no personal identifying or sensitive details.
- Not post medical misinformation, spam, ads, or harmful "cures".
- Not impersonate a doctor. Only verified doctors can post answers.
- Grant Zerunio a licence to display and moderate your posts.
We may edit, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. AI features
MediMind and Ask Zerunio generate general information from our articles and an AI model. Answers may be incomplete or wrong and are clearly labelled. They are not medical advice and must not be relied on for decisions about your health.
6. Tools
Calculators, checkers, and risk quizzes give rough estimates for education. Drug information is drawn from public FDA labels and is not a complete interaction check – confirm with a pharmacist.
7. Intellectual property
Zerunio content, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may read and share links; you may not republish substantial content without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
8. Third-party links
We link to external sites (including our sister service Medifyr for finding doctors). We're not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Disclaimers & liability
Zerunio is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
10. Changes, termination & law
We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend access for misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory local consumer protections. Contact: hello@zerunio.com.
