Is swimming or walking better for weight loss?

I'm trying to get back into shape and lose some kilos. I'm confused between swimming and walking for exercise. Which one is generally better for weight loss?

From a diabetic perspective, both are good but in different ways. Walking is easy, accessible, and helps with blood circulation. Swimming offers a full-body, low-impact workout which is great for overall fitness and less strain on joints, which can be an issue with diabetes. The best is what you can do consistently and manage with your diet.

For PCOS, consistency is more important than specific type. Swimming gives a great full-body workout without joint impact, which is nice. Walking is easier to fit into daily life. Both are good for weight loss and hormonal balance. No need to stress about 'better', just pick what you can stick to.

Oh, this is a classic debate! I always wonder which one is more effective. Swimming feels like more effort and uses more muscles, but walking is so easy to just do anywhere. I guess it depends on what you enjoy more, right?

Hmm, both are really good for weight loss! Swimming is a full-body workout and is great for joints, while walking is super accessible and you can do it anywhere. I think it comes down to what you enjoy more and can do regularly. The one you stick with is always the better one!

Both are good, but swimming uses more muscles so it burns more calories if done intensely. Walking is free and easy to do everyday. Agar time aur resources hain toh swimming, nahi toh tez chalna bhi bahut faydemand hai. Consistency is the main thing, that's practical.
