How to determine calorie intake for weight loss?

I've started working out and want to lose weight, but I'm confused about how much I should be eating. How do I figure out my ideal daily calorie intake for weight loss?

I've been looking this up too! It seems like you need to figure out your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) first, and then factor in your activity level. After that, you create a small deficit. But calculating BMR perfectly is confusing, I think.

Is anyone else scared of messing up their metabolism if they get the calorie intake wrong? I always feel so anxious about this. How do you guys make sure you're eating enough but also in a deficit? It's a fine line.

Dude, I downloaded like three apps to calculate this stuff. They all give different numbers, so confusing! My friend just said to eat home-cooked food, less junk, and walk more. That seems easier than counting every single roti. But yeah, if you want precise, maybe a doc or nutritionist?

Calorie intake for weight loss? Haha, I barely remember my own name after a full night of no sleep. Counting calories sounds like advanced math. Just tell me what to eat and what not to, and I'll be happy. Seriously though, a dietician is probably the only one who can figure this out for us exhausted folks.

My daughter was also struggling with her weight. We consulted a nutritionist who told us it's not just about calories, but also what kind of calories. They calculated her daily requirement based on her age, height, and activity level. It's better to get professional guidance for a growing child.

Haan, calorie intake kaafi confusing hai na. My sister used some online calculator, but it wasn't working for her. She then went to a dietitian, and that lady gave her a proper plan. I think that's the best way to do it. Self-guessing doesn't always work.
