Calorie deficit ke liye na, you need to know your maintenance calories first, ho na? There are online calculators but they are general. For personalized advice, ek nutritionist se milna better rehta hai. They can really guide you properly.

Please be very careful with calorie deficits. I tried doing it aggressively once and ended up feeling constantly weak and even messed up my metabolism. It's so much better to consult a doctor or a registered dietitian before you start, especially if you have any health conditions.

I remember trying all sorts of 'diets' and internet tricks to lose weight, trying to figure out calories myself. It was so confusing! Honestly, it's best to speak to a professional, like a dietitian. They calculate it based on your exact body, activity, and goals. Much more effective and safe.

I ignored the signs of feeling constantly fatigued while trying a strict calorie deficit, thinking it was normal. Ended up with nutrient deficiencies! Please, don't make my mistake. Get professional advice on calorie deficit; your body needs the right balance, not just less food.

Ah, calorie deficit... sounds like my bank balance by end of month, haha! But on a serious note, trying to calculate it yourself can be a headache. Just eat sensibly, move more, and maybe ask a dietitian. Saves you from counting every grain of rice and getting frustrated.
