How much vitamin b12 for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and heard B12 injections are popular for metabolism. Just wanted to know if taking B12 can really help with weight loss, and if so, how much is effective.

I totally get wanting to find any edge you can for weight loss. B12 gets talked about a lot for energy, which indirectly helps with being active. But it's not some magic pill for losing weight on its own, ya know? Best to combine it with diet and exercise.

Honestly, I've seen so many trends about B12 for weight loss. My dietician said it helps with metabolism and energy, so if you're deficient, fixing it can help you feel better to work out. But it won't just melt fat. Focus on a balanced diet and regular movement first!

B12 supports metabolism. If your levels are good, it helps your body function, which is good for weight management. No direct weight loss effect from it though.

For general health, B12 is important. Naturally, you can get it from dairy and meat. If you think it will help with weight loss, make sure your diet is otherwise clean. But if you have proper deficiency symptoms, always see a doctor first; home remedies won't be enough then.

Look, people always try to find shortcuts for weight loss, and B12 sometimes comes up. In reality, it helps with energy, so you feel less tired and can do your daily chores and walks properly. That's how it helps. No need for huge doses, just enough so you're not deficient. Eat good food, walk more, that's the main thing.

I get so confused with all these vitamins and what they do! B12 for weight loss sounds a bit too good to be true, doesn't it? Like, what if you take too much? I'd be worried about other side effects. Definitely check with a doc or a proper nutritionist first before trying anything for weight loss.

Haan, I've also heard about B12 and weight loss. I tried to focus on natural sources like dairy products and eggs first. While it gave me good energy, the weight loss really came from cutting down on sweets and walking every day. B12 helps you feel good, but it's not a magic trick, you know?

As someone with a busy schedule, I try to optimize everything. B12 plays a role in metabolism and energy, so if you're low, supplementing might give you that boost to exercise consistently. But don't expect dramatic weight loss from just B12. It's one piece of a bigger puzzle, like diet and staying active. No quick fixes.

I can only share my experience. My doctor checked my B12 and it was low. After taking supplements, I definitely felt more energetic, which helped me stick to my workout routine. But I wouldn't say the B12 itself made me lose weight. It just supported my overall effort.

Oh, so B12 helps with weight loss? I thought it was just for energy and nerves! This is interesting, I need to research more about how much is recommended. So many conflicting things online, makes it hard to know what's true.

So many people talk about B12 for everything these days. I'm always scared of taking too many supplements without knowing exactly what they do. Has anyone here actually lost weight directly because of B12? Or is it mostly just about energy levels?

B12 helps with energy. More energy means you can be more active, potentially helping weight loss.
