Will walking 3 miles a day help with weight loss?

I'm trying to shed some kilos and have started walking daily. My goal is to walk 3 miles every day. I was wondering if this much walking is enough to really help with weight loss, or do I need to do more intense exercise?

Absolutely, walking is fantastic! I started with 3 miles a day, and it made a huge difference. Remember to combine it with a balanced diet, and maybe slowly increase your pace or distance over time. Consistency is key.

Oh, that's a good start! But also, are you tracking your calories? What about your steps? Sometimes I get worried if I'm doing enough, but any movement is better than none. Don't stress too much, just keep at it!

Haan bhai, 3 miles walking is good for health and weight loss. But only walking won't work magic if your diet is bad. Control your eating, avoid junk, then you will see results.

It's completely normal to feel anxious about whether your efforts will pay off, especially with weight loss. Walking 3 miles is a great, healthy step! Just be patient with your body and celebrate small victories. You're doing well.

Walking is probably the most cost-effective exercise, no gym fees or fancy equipment needed! If you pair it with ghar ka khana and watch your portions, you'll save money and lose weight. It's a win-win.
