Will a weight loss plateau go away on its own?

I've been on a weight loss journey for a few months, and things were going well, but now I've hit a plateau. My weight hasn't moved for two weeks, no matter what I do. Do these weight loss plateaus usually go away on their own if I just keep going, or do I need to change something drastically?

Sometimes our body just needs a little reset. I find that when my weight loss slows, a week of mindful eating and gentle yoga, focusing on deep breaths, helps kickstart things again. Don't stress too much, just be patient with your body.

Honestly, weight loss plateaus can be tricky and have many reasons. It's best to consult a good doctor or a nutritionist at a reliable hospital. They can check your diet, exercise, and any underlying medical issues. Don't just wait it out, ask the experts.

Oh god, I totally get you. A plateau can be so frustrating and demotivating, it feels like all your hard work is for nothing. It really took a toll on my mental health. Remember that your worth isn't tied to the number on the scale, but it's okay to feel upset.

Haan, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Our body adapts, so you might need to change your routine a bit. Try surprising your body with a new exercise or slightly tweaking your diet. Or maybe just take a break and restart fresh. Keep at it, you'll figure it out!

See, sometimes it's normal, but sometimes it could be something else, like hormones or a vitamin deficiency. It's always better to get it checked by a doctor, just to be on the safe side. Don't ignore what your body is trying to tell you.
