Why no weight loss?

I've been trying really hard to lose weight for the past few months, eating healthy and exercising regularly, but I haven't seen any significant change on the scale. It's getting a bit demotivating. Am I doing something wrong, or could there be another reason why I'm not losing weight?

Oh, I totally understand this struggle! I tried everything from warm water with lemon to green tea, but sometimes the scale just doesn't budge. It can be so frustrating. Maybe you need to re-evaluate your diet or exercise routine, or even check for underlying issues. Don't give up, but also be kind to yourself.

Weight loss can be tricky, especially as we age. For me, with high BP, my doctor stressed that diet and regular checkups are not just for weight but overall health. Sometimes, underlying health conditions like thyroid or even stress can hinder weight loss, so a doctor's visit is important to rule those out.

Whenever weight loss becomes unexpectedly stagnant despite efforts, it's always safest to get a medical check-up. Could be something simple like a diet tweak or maybe an underlying issue. Don't take chances, better to know for sure what's happening internally.

Don't stress too much if the weight isn't coming off as fast as you'd like. Our bodies are complex, and many things can affect weight loss – metabolism, hormones, sleep, even stress. Focus on being healthy overall, and if you're concerned, a doctor can help you figure out what's going on.

Achcha, this is a common concern. My mother always said to eat home-cooked food and walk daily. But sometimes, even with good efforts, weight does not reduce easily. Maybe check with your family doctor, they can guide you better after understanding your body and habits.
