Why is weight loss so slow?

I've started a new diet and exercise routine, but I'm barely seeing any results, even though I'm being very strict. Why is weight loss so slow sometimes?

Honestly, weight loss can be so frustrating, I totally get it. Sometimes it feels like you're doing everything right and the scale just won't budge. It really messed with my head for a while, feeling like a failure. Just remember it's a journey, not a race, and your body needs time to adjust.

See, consistency is key, yaar. Instead of drastic changes, focus on small, sustainable habits. Like, just walk 30 mins everyday and cut down on sugary drinks. Thoda sabzi-roti pe dhyaan do. Long-term results come from simple, daily efforts.

Try to incorporate more natural foods, lots of fruits and veggies, and drink plenty of water. Sometimes simple changes work wonders. But if you're really concerned about how slow it is, or if you have other symptoms, it's always best to check with a doctor to rule out any underlying medical reasons.

Beta, don't worry too much. When I was younger, I also struggled with my weight. It's not about being thin, it's about being healthy. Sometimes, the body takes its own time. Just keep doing good things for your health – eat home-cooked food, walk a little. Patience is a virtue, even with weight loss.

Haan, weight loss can feel slow and expensive sometimes, especially with all the special diets and gym memberships. But you don't need to spend a lot. Focus on ghar ka khana, simple dal-roti. Maybe do basic blood tests once to rule out thyroid or vitamin deficiencies, that can be a good start without breaking the bank.

Look, it's genetics, lifestyle, and consistency. No magic pill. If you want results, you have to be disciplined with your diet and exercise. Also, adequate sleep is super important, people often forget that. Track your progress weekly, not daily, to avoid demotivation.

Same here! I've been trying to figure out why it's so slow for me too. I read somewhere that metabolism plays a big role, and it's different for everyone. Also, muscle weighs more than fat, so sometimes the scale doesn't tell the full story. It's quite confusing.

Don't fall for all those 'lose 10 kg in 10 days' internet fads. Most of them are useless and can even harm you. If you're serious about weight loss, please consult a doctor or a qualified dietitian. They can give you a plan that's safe and actually works for YOUR body.
