Which water is good for weight loss hot or cold?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and my cousin told me to drink hot water, but my gym trainer suggested cold water. I'm a bit confused now. Which type of water, hot or cold, is actually better for weight loss?

Yaar, hot or cold, the main thing is to drink enough water, actually. That's what most experts say. Staying hydrated helps you feel full and boosts metabolism a little. Some people swear by warm water with lemon in the morning, saying it helps digestion. But don't stress too much about the temperature, just drink up!

I totally get why you'd ask this, there's so much conflicting info out there! Honestly, for weight loss, the temperature of water probably matters less than just drinking *enough* water. Staying hydrated helps with metabolism and feeling full. But if you prefer warm water, that's totally fine; some people find it aids digestion.

When I was trying to lose weight, I tried everything, even thinking about water temperature! What I learned is that just drinking more water, period, is the key. It helps you feel full and keeps things moving. Some people prefer warm water for digestion, but honestly, drink whatever makes you consume more water. It's about hydration, not the heat or cold.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, warm water is generally considered better for digestion and detoxification, which can indirectly support weight management. It helps to kindle the digestive fire. However, the most important thing is to listen to your body and drink water mindfully throughout the day, regardless of temperature. Consistency is key.

This is a common question, and honestly, both have their benefits. Warm water might aid digestion for some, while cold water makes your body work a tiny bit more to warm it up. But the actual difference in weight loss impact from temperature is minimal. For PCOS, I've found that just ensuring good hydration consistently, along with a balanced diet and regular movement, is far more important. Don't overthink the temperature.

Hey, don't worry too much about hot or cold water for weight loss. The biggest benefit comes from simply drinking enough water throughout the day. It helps you feel fuller, aids metabolism, and keeps your body running smoothly. Just choose whichever temperature you enjoy more so you actually drink it! Consistency is what matters most, okay?
