Pregnancy can bring so many changes! Many women experience morning sickness, fatigue, and swelling. It's tricky to say 'normal' sometimes because everyone's body is different. Always check with your gynaec if you're worried, especially with conditions like PCOS where pregnancy can be a bit more complex.

Oh, so many things feel normal then! Nausea and tiredness are very common, I tried so many ginger remedies for morning sickness. Also, feeling more tired than usual is just part of it. Your body is doing so much work building a baby.

I just had my baby a few months ago, and honestly, feeling exhausted all the time and having cravings, plus that mild swelling in feet, was my normal. My doctor said these are very common physiological changes. Just listen to your body and your doc.

From my own experience, I felt super tired in the first trimester and had some food aversions. Also, my ankles would swell a bit towards the end of the day. These were things my doctor said were generally okay unless they became extreme.

Morning sickness and fatigue are very common. It's a big journey for the body, so these things are expected. Take care of yourself.

Many things are normal during pregnancy, like fatigue and mild swelling. But always be vigilant about anything unusual. Especially if you have underlying conditions like thyroid issues, regular check-ups with your specialist and OB-GYN are non-negotiable. Don't assume anything without medical advice.
