Which nasal spray is safe during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and have been having a lot of nasal congestion lately, especially at night. I really want some relief, but I'm worried about taking anything. Can anyone suggest which nasal spray is considered safe to use during pregnancy?

Oh, this is important. Getting sick when pregnant is already costly with doctor visits. For nasal sprays, saline sprays are usually considered safe and inexpensive. But honestly, any medicinal spray needs a doctor's go-ahead to avoid any issues later.

I remember my wife had a bad cold during her pregnancy. The doctors at Max Hospital strictly advised only saline nasal sprays. For anything else, even mild decongestants, they said to consult them first. Please don't self-medicate here.

I was also struggling with congestion recently during my pregnancy! My gynae said simple saline nasal sprays are completely fine and safe. They just help clear the passages. But anything stronger, like medicated ones, needed her specific approval.

Congestion when you're pregnant must be annoying, especially when all you want to do is enjoy your food! My sister-in-law used a simple saline spray. Her doctor said it's like washing your nose with salt water, totally harmless. Keep it simple and safe!

While I focus on fitness, I know pregnancy needs extra caution. For nasal sprays, saline ones are generally okay as they're just salt water. But seriously, check with your obstetrician before using anything medicated. Your body is undergoing so many changes.

Please be very careful with anything you put into your body during pregnancy. I had some complications, and my doctor was extremely strict. Only use a saline nasal spray, and even then, confirm with your gynecologist. Better safe than sorry, always.

Even with my thyroid issues, my doctor was very particular about what medicines I could take while pregnant. For nasal congestion, she specifically recommended only saline sprays. Any other medicated spray needs to be approved by your gynae, especially if you have other health conditions.

Ugh, nasal congestion in pregnancy is the worst, especially when you're already sleep deprived! My doc just said saline spray, no questions asked. Everything else is apparently a big no-no unless she explicitly says so. Just stick to saline, it gives some relief at least.

Oh, the pregnancy congestion is real! I tried steam inhalation, which helped a lot. For a spray, my doctor only approved saline ones like Nasoclear or Sterimar. Anything with decongestants can sometimes affect blood pressure, so it's a no-go without a doctor's clear instruction.

Only saline nasal sprays are generally safe during pregnancy. Any medicated spray, even over-the-counter ones, should be cleared by your gynecologist first. Don't risk it with unknown chemicals when you're expecting.
