Honestly, I used to just take whatever supplements friends told me for sleep, without asking a doctor. Later, I realized I had some underlying issues. Please, for such things, it's always best to consult your doctor first, they can tell you the right type and dosage for YOU.

Hello dear, for good sleep, I feel a peaceful mind helps more than anything. Magnesium can support, yes, but also try to keep your thoughts positive before bed. A little meditation also goes a long way. Stay blessed!

For me, magnesium glycinate worked well when I was having trouble sleeping. It felt quite gentle and didn't upset my stomach. But this is just my personal experience, you know. Everyone is different.

Apart from magnesium, which doc can advise, make sure you're getting some physical activity during the day. Even a good walk can tire you out enough for better sleep. Just make sure no heavy workouts too close to bedtime.

Hey! Magnesium citrate is common, but I heard it can sometimes make you run to the washroom, haha. For sleep, magnesium glycinate or L-threonate are often recommended. Maybe check with a doc if you're confused, they'll guide you best!
