Which is better for kidney losartan or amlodipine?

My brother has high blood pressure and some kidney issues. His doctor has him on medication, and I heard him mention losartan and amlodipine. For someone with kidney concerns, which of these two is typically better?

Oh, when it comes to kidney health, I used to panic about every little thing. But my doctor explained that specific medications like Losartan or Amlodipine are chosen very carefully based on your exact condition, blood pressure, and kidney function. It's not a generic choice. Reassuring to know doctors personalize it, so please trust your nephrologist or cardiologist.

For kidney issues, meds like Losartan or Amlodipine are prescribed by specialists. I can only say that maintaining a healthy lifestyle with controlled diet and regular exercise supports kidney health greatly. But for medicine choices, you need to follow your doctor's advice strictly. They'll know which is right for your body.

Better for kidney? Haha, at this point, if it helps me sleep better, I'll take anything! But seriously, this sounds like a very specific doctor question. You definitely shouldn't pick between these on your own. Kidneys are too important to mess around with, get proper medical advice.

Bhai, ye sab medicines ka naam sunke toh ghabrahat hoti hai. Kidney ka mamla hai, bohot nazuk hota hai. Humare yahan ke doctor sahab kehte hain ki aisi bimari mein, doctor jo bole wahi suno. Khud se koi dawa mat lo. Woh aapki poori jaanch karke hi batayenge kaunsi acchi hai. Meri baat maan, doctor ke paas jaao.

I'm not familiar with these medicines, but I know kidney health is super important. Are these for high blood pressure that affects kidneys? I think for such serious conditions, a doctor would know best which one to prescribe, right? It sounds like it needs specific medical guidance.
