Which intermittent fasting is best for weight loss?

I've gained some weight since working from home and my friend suggested intermittent fasting. I've seen different types online like 16:8 or 5:2. Which intermittent fasting method is usually best for weight loss?

I've heard about 16/8 and also 5:2 fasting, but I'm so confused which one is actually good. Does it matter if you're a beginner? And is it even safe for everyone? I'm scared to try something new without knowing properly.

I made the mistake of trying random diets without proper guidance once, and it messed up my system. For intermittent fasting, there's no 'best' one for everyone. What works depends on your body, lifestyle, and health conditions. Please, before starting any such regimen, consult a doctor or a qualified dietitian. Don't just follow fads, it's not worth the risk.

Bete, fasting is not new, our ancestors did it for religious reasons. But for weight loss, it needs to be done carefully, no? There is no one best way for everyone. Start slow, listen to your body, and always ask a good doctor or an elder who knows about these things. Don't strain your body too much.

My aunt tried intermittent fasting and found the 16/8 method worked for her, but she did it very slowly and with doctor's approval. There is no 'best' method for everyone, as bodies are different. It's always best to consult a doctor or a nutritionist to see if it's suitable for your health and lifestyle, my dear.

For practical purposes, 16/8 intermittent fasting (fasting for 16 hours, eating in an 8-hour window) is often the easiest to stick to for most people. It's not too extreme. But honestly, consistency is more important than the specific type. And always ensure you eat nutritious meals during your eating window. Don't just starve yourself.

Yaar, honestly, there's no single 'best' intermittent fasting method for weight loss. The 16/8 is quite popular because it's easier to fit into daily life, you basically just skip breakfast. But actually, what matters is your overall diet quality and if you can stick to it consistently. And always check with a doctor first, haan?

Best intermittent fasting? The one you can actually stick to without turning into a hangry monster! 😂 Seriously though, the 16/8 method is quite popular because it's less extreme. But before you embark on a fasting journey, please consult a doc, otherwise, you might end up fasting from food AND friends!
