Weight loss? Haha, what's that? Anyway, from my limited awake hours, I hear that juices can actually be tricky because they remove the fiber and you drink a lot of fruit sugar fast. Maybe stick to just lemon water or karela juice if you're brave enough. Good luck, I need more sleep.

Hey! For weight loss, honestly, eating the whole fruit is always better than juice because you get all the fiber. But if you *must* have juice, something like amla juice, bitter gourd (karela) juice, or even a mixed veggie juice with a little bit of fruit like apple or lemon can be good. Just make sure it's fresh and no added sugar!

Oh, I've tried so many things for weight loss! With juices, you have to be careful, most are too much sugar. But I found that a glass of karela (bitter gourd) juice in the morning, or even amla juice, helped a little with digestion and feeling lighter. Just make sure you don't add any sugar to it, otherwise it defeats the purpose.

For weight loss, it's cheaper and more effective to just eat the whole fruit instead of juicing it, you know. Juicers are expensive, and then you need so many fruits for one glass! But if you're set on it, simple lemon water (nimbu pani) without sugar is the cheapest and probably best option.

While fresh fruit juices *seem* healthy, for weight loss, it's generally recommended to eat whole fruits rather than juice them. Juicing removes the fiber, which is crucial for satiety and slowing down sugar absorption. If you really want a juice, opt for vegetable juices with a minimal amount of fruit, and always consult a nutritionist or doctor for personalized advice.
