When is weight loss noticeable?

I started going to the gym and eating healthier about a month ago to lose some kilos. I'm feeling better, but I'm curious, when do people usually start noticing weight loss physically, like in clothes or in the mirror?

For someone like me, managing diabetes, even a small weight change can be noticeable in how my clothes fit or how my blood sugar reacts. But generally, friends and family might start noticing when you've lost about 5-7 kg, depending on your starting weight. Consistency with diet and mild exercise helps.

Usually, people around you start noticing when you've lost around 5-10% of your body weight. For you, you might feel your clothes fitting looser or see changes in your face first. Don't stress too much about when others notice, focus on how you feel.

Often, your inner self knows before others see. When you feel lighter, more energetic, that is a true sign. Externally, people usually notice after a few kilograms, perhaps 4-5 kg for some. Be patient and nurture your body and mind with positive thoughts.

From a fitness perspective, you usually start noticing changes yourself after 2-3 kgs, maybe clothes fitting better. For others to notice, it's typically when you've shed around 5-7 kgs, depending on your frame. It's about consistency and proper nutrition.

Haha, for me, weight loss is noticeable when my favourite pair of jeans suddenly feels like a sack! 😂 But honestly, usually after a 5-7 kg drop, people start complimenting you or asking your secret. Before that, you just feel better yourself. Keep going!
