When is safe zone in pregnancy?

I'm newly pregnant and still a bit nervous about everything. My MIL keeps telling me to be careful. I was wondering when exactly the 'safe zone' in pregnancy starts, like when the risks are lower.

The 'safe zone' is generally considered to be the second trimester, from around week 13 to week 27. The morning sickness usually lessens, and the risk of miscarriage is much lower. It's when many women feel their best. Remember to always consult your doctor for personalized advice, just like you'd get specific home remedy tips.

The second trimester (weeks 13-27) is often called the 'safe zone' because the early risks decrease and many women feel more energetic. As a parent, I can say that's when I felt most comfortable and could enjoy my pregnancy more. But always, always follow your doctor's advice carefully throughout your entire pregnancy, every step is important.

I've heard about the 'safe zone' but wasn't sure what it meant exactly. So, it's the second trimester? Does that mean you can do more activities then, or is it still mostly resting? I'm just trying to understand more about it.

The term 'safe zone' usually refers to the second trimester, from week 13 to week 27. The risk of complications like miscarriage is much lower then, and most women feel better. But honestly, it's important to be careful throughout the entire pregnancy, no matter the trimester. I always overthink these things and prefer to be extra cautious and consult the doctor for everything.

Ah, the safe zone! That's when all the morning sickness (and weird cravings, hopefully!) start to settle down. Generally, it's the second trimester, from about 13 to 27 weeks. So you can finally enjoy your food without wanting to throw up. Sounds like a good time to be pregnant, food-wise!
