When do you start noticing weight loss?

I've started a new diet and exercise routine for weight loss. It's been about two weeks, and I feel better but don't see much difference yet. When can one typically expect to start noticing visible weight loss?

This is something I've been researching too! It seems like weight loss isn't always linear. For some, it's pretty quick in the first few weeks of making changes, especially if they cut out processed foods. For others, it's a slower, more gradual process that you notice after a month or two. So depends on the individual, I guess.

If you're consistently eating clean and exercising, you might start noticing changes in how your clothes fit within 3-4 weeks. Visible changes on the scale can take a bit longer, maybe 6-8 weeks. Walking and light exercise daily, if your doctor allows, really accelerates it. Remember consistency is key!

I'm always scrutinizing myself in the mirror! Sometimes I feel like I've lost weight, then the next day I feel bloated. But generally, if you're making real lifestyle changes, others might start noticing before you do, maybe after a month or two. Don't get discouraged if it's not instant, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Haha, for me, it's usually around 2 weeks into a diet, then I accidentally spot a biryani, and the weight comes right back! 😂 But seriously, if you're consistent, you might notice your clothes getting looser after about a month. The scale sometimes takes longer to cooperate!

If you're actively trying to lose weight with diet and exercise, then you might see results in a few weeks. But if you're losing weight unintentionally or suddenly, that's a red flag. Any unexplained weight loss should always be checked by a doctor, just to be safe and rule out underlying issues.

I totally get how eager you are to see results when you're working towards weight loss. Generally, if you're consistent with diet and exercise, you might start feeling lighter and notice clothes fitting differently within 3-4 weeks. Visible changes often become apparent after 6-8 weeks. Don't give up too soon!

Weight loss is a journey, and patience is key. If you're on a healthy diet and regular exercise, you might start noticing small changes like less bloating in 2-3 weeks. For actual visible loss, it takes about a month or two. I tried a lot of detox drinks, but consistency in eating less oily food and walking worked best.
