When do people notice weight loss?

I've been on a diet and exercise plan for about a month now, and I feel better, but I'm not sure if others can see a difference. Around when do people usually start noticing weight loss in someone?

Haha, for me, it's usually when my favourite jeans start feeling loose, or when my mom stops asking 'Beta, khaana theek se kha rahe ho na?' 😉 It depends on how much you're losing and how fast, but typically after 5-10 kgs, people around you will notice!

Honestly, it depends on your starting weight and how much you've lost. Usually, after 5-7% of your body weight is gone, people around you will start noticing. Don't fall for quick fixes or internet remedies for weight loss; proper diet and exercise, or medical advice if needed, are the only way.

Beta, when you start losing weight, first you feel it yourself in your clothes. Others usually notice when you have lost a good 5-10 kilos. Our grandmothers used to say, 'Khana kam, chalna zyada.' Simple logic, but always do it steadily and healthily.

Ah, the weight loss journey! From my experience, you start feeling the difference yourself in your clothes first, maybe after losing 3-4 kgs. Others around you usually start commenting when you've shed about 5-7 kgs. Don't rush it, slow and steady is always better.

Yay for weight loss! 🎉 I think you start feeling it yourself around 2-3 kgs down, with clothes fitting better. For others to notice and comment, usually it's around 5 kgs or more. Keep up the good work! ✨
