What veg is good for weight loss?

I'm really trying to lose some weight, maybe 5-7 kgs. My trainer told me to eat more vegetables, but I'm not sure which ones are actually good for weight loss. Any suggestions?

Oh, the weight loss journey is so hard sometimes, I totally get it. Any low-carb, high-fiber veggies are your best friends. Think broccoli, spinach, cucumber, capsicum. They fill you up without adding too many calories, which helps a lot mentally too.

Ha na, weight loss ke liye sab green veggies best hain! Palak, gajar, lauki, karela, capsicum. Ye sab khaoge toh pet bhi bharega aur healthy bhi feel hoga. Ho na?

Hey yaar, don't stress too much! Honestly, almost all vegetables are good for weight loss. Just focus on eating more of them, especially the leafy greens like spinach and kale, and things like cucumber and tomatoes. They're low calorie and filling, so you'll feel full without packing on pounds.

My son also needs to watch his weight. I always make sure he eats lots of vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, and bottle gourd (lauki). They're full of fiber and nutrients, keep you full, and are low in calories. Making them tasty is the trick though!

Weight loss, haan? My constant battle. Look, basically anything green that isn't a potato. Broccoli, spinach, gourds... the less exciting they sound, the better they probably are for your waistline. My doctor also said eat lots of salads, sigh.
