What to put in smoothies for weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more healthy foods into my diet for weight loss, and smoothies seem like a good option. What ingredients should I add to my smoothies that are good for losing weight and keeping me full?

For weight loss smoothies, focus on protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you full. I usually blend spinach, half a banana, a scoop of protein powder, a tablespoon of chia seeds, and unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes a few berries too!

I'm always worried smoothies have too much sugar from fruits. How do you balance it for weight loss? Like, does adding spinach really hide the taste? I want to try but I'm scared it won't taste good or will make me gain weight.

My dear, for weight loss, smoothies can be good if you make them wisely. Use lots of leafy greens like palak (spinach), a little bit of fruit like half an apple, and some curd or protein powder. Don't add sugar or honey. It's about making healthy choices consistently.

As someone with limited time, I pre-portion frozen fruit and spinach bags. For my morning smoothie, I just add unsweetened almond milk, a scoop of protein powder, and blend. Keeps me full till lunch and it's super quick.
