What to put in greek yogurt for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and my dietitian suggested Greek yogurt. Plain yogurt is a bit bland for me, so I was wondering what healthy things I can add to it to make it more palatable and still help with weight loss.

Greek yogurt is great! For weight loss, I focus on adding fiber and good fats. Fresh berries are excellent, and a small sprinkle of chia seeds or flax seeds adds omega-3s and keeps you full. Avoid any added sugars or honey, or use very little.

Oh, Greek yogurt is really good, I agree. I've been trying to lose weight too. What kind of berries are best to add, or any fruit I should avoid if I want to lose weight? I'm new to this.

Bro, for weight loss, just throw in some fruits like apple or banana. And a few almonds or walnuts for crunch. Keeps you full for long and it's tasty. No sugar, obviously.

Stick to natural, low-sugar options. Berries (strawberries, blueberries), sliced almonds or walnuts for healthy fats, and a tiny bit of cinnamon for flavor. Avoid store-bought granola or fruit preserves, they're loaded with sugar.

Yaar, actually, for weight loss, just add some fresh fruits like apple or banana. Thoda sa chia seeds bhi dal sakte ho for fiber. And no sugar haan, that's important! Keep it natural.

Beta, Greek yogurt is a good choice. For weight loss, simply add a few seasonal fruits like apple or guava. Don't add sugar. A few chopped nuts like almonds will also keep you satisfied. Consistency is more important than fancy ingredients.
