What to eat with tuna for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and was told tuna is good for that. What can I eat with tuna that is healthy and helps with weight loss, besides just plain bread?

Ah, weight loss. We all try, don't we? Tuna is good, very good. With tuna, have a lot of fresh salad – cucumber, tomato, onion. Or some simple whole wheat roti. Keep it simple, don't add too much oil, and you will see results slowly. Patience is key.

Yaar, tuna is great for weight loss, high protein. Actually, best way is to make a salad with it. Lots of leafy greens, bell peppers, maybe some corn and a light lemon vinaigrette. Or you can do a whole-wheat sandwich, but less mayo, haan? Keeps you full for long.

For weight loss with tuna, quick and effective meals are key. I usually make a tuna salad with lots of chopped veggies like cucumber, carrots, and capsicum, with a minimal olive oil dressing. Or, wrap it in a whole-wheat roti with some lettuce. Super convenient for lunch.

Tuna is good for protein, but if you have thyroid issues like me, always be mindful of mercury levels with fish, don't overdo it. Pair it with high-fiber options like a big vegetable salad or quinoa. And regularly check with your doctor and get those thyroid tests done to ensure your metabolism is on track for weight loss.

I try to keep healthy meals for my family. With tuna for weight loss, you can make it into a nice filling for whole-wheat sandwiches with lots of fresh lettuce and tomato. Or mix it with some sprouts and corn for a healthy chat. Just be mindful of high-calorie dressings.
