What to eat with hummus for weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more hummus into my diet for weight loss, but I usually just eat it with pita bread. What other healthy options can I pair with hummus that are good for losing weight?

Hummus is great for weight loss because of the fiber and protein! Pair it with raw veggies like carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers for a healthy, crunchy snack. Or spread it on whole-wheat toast. Combine it with your regular workouts, even just brisk walking, for better results.

Hummus is a go-to for me during busy workdays. For weight loss, I pair it with pre-chopped vegetables like cucumber, carrots, or cherry tomatoes as a quick snack. Or spread it on a multigrain cracker. It's filling and prevents mindless munching. Just watch your portion size for the hummus itself, too.

Hummus is a great source of plant-based protein and fiber, making it excellent for weight loss. Pair it with non-starchy vegetables like cucumber, celery, bell peppers, or carrots. You can also use it as a spread on whole-wheat wraps or as a dressing for salads. Just be mindful of portion sizes as hummus can be calorie-dense.

I can only share my personal experience here, not medical advice. I found that hummus is really satisfying. I usually eat it with lots of raw salad veggies, like sliced capsicum and carrots. Sometimes with a small piece of whole wheat bread, but mostly veggies.

Hummus for weight loss? Excellent choice! Just make sure you're dipping veggies, not the entire bag of pita chips. 😂 Seriously, colorful bell peppers, cucumber sticks, or carrot batons are perfect. It’s like a healthy snack party for one!
