What to eat before gym for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym recently because I want to lose some weight, but I'm never sure what to eat beforehand. My trainer told me to eat something light, but I also need energy, na? What would be a good option that won't make me feel heavy?

Before the gym, I usually have a banana or a small handful of nuts. It gives instant energy without feeling heavy. If I'm doing a heavy workout, sometimes a small bowl of poha or upma also works. Natural is always better, but if you have any health conditions, definitely consult a doctor first.

Dude, just grab a banana or a coffee if you need a kick. Sometimes I have a handful of makhana or a few dates too. Don't load up, you'll feel sluggish. Keep it simple and quick, and hit the gym.

Hey, listen, don't overthink this. You need some fuel for your workout, but nothing too heavy that makes you feel sick. A small fruit like an apple or a pear, maybe a few soaked almonds. The main thing is to be consistent with your workouts and eat balanced meals throughout the day.

Everyone on the internet has a 'secret' pre-gym meal, but it's usually just marketing. Your body needs carbs for energy and a bit of protein for muscle repair. A fruit, some oats, or a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter works. But if you have health issues, ask a doc or proper trainer, don't just copy anyone.

For weight loss and gym, it's about smart eating. I prefer a small bowl of oats with some berries, or a boiled egg with a whole-wheat toast slice, about an hour before my workout. This gives sustained energy without a sugar crash. Also, make sure you're hydrated throughout.

My mother always tells me to eat something light before any physical activity. For gym, a small idli or some ragi porridge gives good energy. But don't eat too much, otherwise you will feel heavy. And yes, my doctor always emphasizes proper hydration too.
