What to do when you hit a weight loss plateau?

I've been working out consistently and eating healthy for the past few months, lost around 8 kgs. But now for the last two weeks, my weight isn't budging at all. It's so frustrating; what can I do when I hit this kind of plateau?

Okay, a plateau means your body adapted. Time to shock it. Either switch up your workout intensity/type or recalibrate your calorie intake. Maybe a refeed day, or try intermittent fasting. Consistency is key, but so is smart adaptation. Don't give up, just pivot.

Haan beta, this plateau thing happens to everyone trying to lose weight. Don't let it demotivate you. Sometimes your body just needs a little break or a change. Don't stress too much, just keep up with healthy habits, maybe try a new exercise. It will pass.

Haan, weight loss mein plateau toh aate hi hain, tension na lo. Kabhi-kabhi body ko aadat ho jaati hai. Toh kya karo, apni diet ya workout mein kuch change karo. Naya exercise, ya thodi calorie intake adjust karo. Rukna nahi hai, bas smart bano.

This is super common! First, re-evaluate everything – are you still tracking accurately? Sometimes small things creep in. Then, try increasing your NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis), like more walking, or change your workout routine. A slight calorie increase for a day or two, then back to deficit, can also trick your metabolism. You'll break through!
