What tea is good for weight loss and bloating?

I've been feeling quite bloated lately and also trying to lose a little weight. I heard some teas can help with both. Can anyone suggest what tea is good for weight loss and reducing bloating?

I've seen so many ads for 'weight loss teas' online, but I'm always skeptical. Green tea is the one I hear most often for metabolism, and maybe ginger tea for bloating? Are those actually helpful, or just marketing hype? Just trying to figure out what's real.

It's so frustrating when you feel bloated and are trying to manage your weight, I completely understand the anxiety around it. Green tea is often suggested for metabolism, and peppermint tea can really help with bloating and digestion. Just try to see what feels good for your body without stressing too much.

Haan bhai, weight loss aur bloating, big problem hai na. Green tea is generally good for weight management, helps metabolism. Aur bloating ke liye, adrak (ginger) wali chai ya pudina (mint) tea bahut relief deti hai. But remember, only tea won't make you lose weight, you need proper diet aur exercise bhi.

Please be careful with teas for weight loss. I once tried some trending tea for bloating and ended up with stomach issues because it was too strong. For general bloating, a mild fennel or ginger tea can help. For weight loss, tea is only a small part; focus on diet and exercise, and get proper advice if you have persistent issues.

Based on my personal experience, green tea has helped me with bloating and general digestion, which in turn felt like it supported my weight management efforts. For bloating specifically, I sometimes drink peppermint tea. But I'm not a doctor, so this is just what worked for me, not a suggestion for anyone else.
