What snacks are good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and munching in the evenings is my biggest weakness. Could you suggest some healthy snacks that are actually good for weight loss and won't make me feel guilty?

Oh my god, finding good snacks for weight loss is a constant struggle, right? I've found that roasted chana, a handful of almonds, or a bowl of sprouts work really well for me. Sometimes even an apple with a little peanut butter (sugar-free!) is super satisfying. Keeps the cravings away without too many calories.

I totally get how hard it is to stick to healthy snacks when you're trying to lose weight! My go-to options are usually a bowl of plain chana dal, a small fruit like an orange, or some roasted makhana. Also, honestly, sometimes a big glass of water can trick your brain into thinking you're full.

Bro, for weight loss, the best snacks are high in protein and fiber to keep you full. I usually munch on a boiled egg, some plain Greek yogurt, or a fruit like an apple. Sometimes a small handful of mixed nuts also works. Avoid all the chips and biscuits, those are traps!

Weight loss ke liye, ghar pe jo milta hai, usmein se hi kuch healthy choose karna padta hai. Boiled eggs, simple cucumber or carrot sticks, a small katori of sprouts, or even some plain curd are good. Avoid anything packet-wala. Aur haan, portion control bahut zaroori hai!

For weight loss, my doctor always stressed on smart snacking. My mother always advises fruits like guava or a small bowl of curd. I find that cucumber slices, carrots, or even a handful of plain roasted peanuts are good. The main thing is portion control and not overeating.

My fitness app's nutritionist recommends snacks like vegetable sticks with hummus, a small portion of plain Greek yogurt, or a handful of berries and nuts. The key is to keep it under 150-200 calories and focus on protein and fiber to stay satiated until your next meal. Hydration also plays a big role!
