What potatoes are best for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and I've heard different things about potatoes and their role in a diet. I still want to enjoy them, though. Which types of potatoes are generally considered best for weight loss?

Honestly, potatoes aren't usually recommended if you're actively trying to lose weight because of the high carb content. But if you really want to include them, boiled or baked plain potatoes, not fried, in very small portions, might be okay. Focus more on veggies and protein for better results.

Potatoes for weight loss? Hmm, depends on your body type and metabolism. If you have thyroid issues like me, it's tricky. Best to speak to your doctor or a dietician. They can guide you properly after looking at your reports. Don't just follow fads.

Hey! 🥔 For weight loss, maybe try sweet potatoes instead? They are healthier and have a lower glycemic index. Or if regular potatoes, definitely boiled or roasted, no butter or cheese! Just plain. 😊 Good luck on your journey!

For weight loss, it's not just about which potato, but how much and how you prepare it. Even a small portion of boiled potato has carbs. Better to pair it with a lot of fiber and protein. And make sure you're getting enough physical activity daily, like a good brisk walk, unless your doc says otherwise.

Beta, for reducing weight, potatoes are generally not very good. They have a lot of starch. If you must eat, then only one small boiled one. Better to eat lots of green vegetables and daal. My nani always said that.

This is a tricky one. I've read so many conflicting things about potatoes and weight loss. Some say new potatoes are better, some say sweet potatoes, but then what about the portion size? It's all so confusing. Maybe just try to limit them overall? Don't stress too much, just keep trying your best!

Bro, for real weight loss, focus less on specific types of potatoes and more on overall calorie deficit. Any potato, if consumed in moderation and prepared without oil (like boiled or baked plain), can fit in a balanced diet. But if you want quick results, better to avoid high-carb foods mostly and fill up on protein and fiber.
