What not to eat for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight before my sister's wedding, and I've started exercising. But I'm also confused about food. What are the top things I should completely stop eating or drastically cut down on for effective weight loss?

Hey girl, don't stress too much about it! But generally, try to cut down on sugary drinks, packaged snacks, and anything super oily or fried. Those are usually empty calories. Focus on eating whole foods instead. You got this!

What not to eat? Everything delicious, apparently! Jokes aside, definitely cut down on anything with excessive sugar – sodas, cakes, those tempting late-night ice cream tubs. And deep-fried pakoras are a no-go, unfortunately. My brain wants them, my waistline says nope. 😴

For weight loss, the biggest culprits to avoid are processed foods with hidden sugars and unhealthy fats – think instant noodles, biscuits, fizzy drinks. Also, excessive amounts of deep-fried items. It's tough with a busy schedule, but meal prepping can help avoid these quick, unhealthy options.

Ugh, this is so confusing! Everyone says different things. I try to avoid sweets and junk food, but sometimes I slip up and feel so guilty. Has anyone else felt like avoiding all the 'bad' food is impossible? I mean, are even things like fruit juices bad?

Um, hi everyone. I'm new to this weight loss journey. So, apart from sweets and fried stuff, should I also avoid things like white rice completely? Or just in moderation? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Please don't just follow every 'diet hack' or 'superfood to avoid' trend you see online for weight loss. A lot of it is misleading. The basics are usually refined sugars and heavily processed foods. But for a sustainable plan, consult a nutritionist or doctor, don't risk your health blindly.

Yaar, actually, for weight loss, you should mostly avoid all the maida wali cheezein (refined flour products) like pizzas, burgers, and biscuits. And don't forget the sugary drinks, those are so bad. Thoda disciplined rehna padega, but it's worth it.

Betaji, for losing weight, you should not eat too much ghee-tel (oil/ghee) wali cheezein, like samosa or puri. And those colourful mithai, avoid them. Simple ghar ka khana (home food) is best, with less sugar and oil. It works, trust me.

I'm not a doctor, so can't give medical advice. But from my own experience trying to lose weight, I found it helpful to cut out sugary drinks, packaged snacks like chips and cookies, and really limit fried foods. It's tough, but it made a difference for me.

It's so hard when you're trying to lose weight, and seeing all the tempting food around. It's okay to struggle. What I realized is not to completely ban things, but to really cut down on processed junk, sugary drinks, and excess oil. Be kind to yourself, it's a journey.
