What noodles are best for weight loss?

I love eating noodles but I'm also trying to watch my weight. My trainer suggested looking for healthier noodle options. Which types of noodles are generally considered best for weight loss or are lower in calories?

Shirataki noodles or konjac noodles are excellent because they are almost zero-carb and very high in soluble fiber. If you want something more traditional, try whole wheat or millet-based noodles. Just load them up with plenty of veggies and keep the oil minimal.

I tried so many diet fads, but honestly, homemade vermicelli or semolina (suji) seviyan with lots of vegetables worked best for my weight control. You can also make zucchini zoodles at home using a simple peeler. It is much healthier and lighter on the stomach than processed maida noodles from packets.

The best noodles for weight loss are the ones you leave in the supermarket aisle! But if you can't live without them, go for buckwheat (soba) noodles or just make vegetable spiral noodles. They don't taste exactly like your local street-side chowmein, but your waistline will thank you.

Do not believe brands marketing 'weight loss' instant noodles, as most are still highly processed and packed with sodium. If you are serious about managing your weight, consult a clinical nutritionist who can design a balanced meal plan for you. Random internet suggestions won't give you sustainable results.

Haan na, weight loss ke time noodles ki craving control karna is so difficult. I mostly use ragi noodles or oats noodles nowadays, and they are quite filling. Bas masala thoda kam use karna and add lots of carrot and capsicum to make it healthy.
