What meat to eat for weight loss?

I've been trying to lose some weight lately and heard that certain meats can actually help with that. I mostly eat chicken, but I'm wondering if there are other options or specific preparations that are better for weight loss. My trainer also mentioned something about lean protein, so I'm a bit confused.

Initially, I panicked about what to eat for weight loss and thought I had to cut out everything! But then I learned that lean meats are actually good. Chicken breast (skinless, of course!) and fish are your best friends. They're high in protein, which keeps you full, and low in fat. Just make sure it's grilled or baked, not fried.

Meat for weight loss? Haha, as long as it's not late-night biryani, I guess! Honestly, any lean meat. Chicken breast. Fish. The kind that makes you think 'healthy' and not 'I'm going to regret this at 3 AM'. My body needs to lose weight, but my brain needs sleep first.

I'm always confused about this! I try to stick to grilled chicken or fish, but sometimes I crave mutton. Is it okay to have red meat occasionally in small portions, or should it be completely avoided? Does anyone else feel like it's hard to cut it out completely?

My family believes in balance. For weight loss, lean meats like chicken and fish are preferred over red meat, and always cooked with minimal oil. My doctor also confirmed this – focusing on protein and fiber while controlling portions is key. Don't forget plenty of vegetables!

With PCOS, weight loss is tricky, so I've been very careful. Lean protein is generally recommended, like skinless chicken or fish. It helps with satiety and muscle maintenance. But it's also important to control portion sizes and how it's prepared – always grilled or baked, never fried. Always best to discuss with a dietitian, especially if you have underlying conditions.

Oh, same! I'm trying to lose a bit too. My go-to is skinless chicken breast or any white fish. They're super high in protein and don't have too much fat, which is perfect for feeling full and cutting calories. I usually just grill them with some veggies. Super simple and effective!
