What meals are good for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss journey and need some inspiration for healthy meals. I get bored with eating the same things. Can anyone suggest some good meals that are effective for weight loss and are easy to prepare?

Yaar, for weight loss, actually the best meals are high in protein and fiber. Like, eggs for breakfast, a big bowl of dal and sabzi with one roti for lunch. Dinner could be a chicken salad or soup. Just avoid all the oily, fried stuff, that's it.

Beta, when I was younger, I used to worry so much about weight. My best advice is simple ghar ka khana. Less oil, more sabzi, a simple dal, and maybe one or two rotis. Don't go hungry, that's not good. Just eat sensible, balanced meals at regular times.

For effective weight loss, focus on meals that keep you full longer without too many calories. Think oats or sprouts for breakfast, a generous portion of vegetable curry with whole wheat roti for lunch, and a light lentil soup or grilled chicken/paneer with salad for dinner. Portion control and consistency are more important than starving yourself.

Humare ghar mein toh, subah upma ya poha, dopahar mein sabzi roti aur daal. Raat ko bohot halka khana jaise khichdi ya soup. Kam tel, aur zyada hari sabziya. Pet bhi bharta hai aur sehat bhi achi rehti hai. Bahar ka khana kam kar do, bohot fark padega.

My grandmother always said to eat like a queen for breakfast, a princess for lunch, and a pauper for dinner. So, a good idli or dosa for breakfast, a balanced meal of sambar, rasam, and some vegetable for lunch with less rice, and a very light dinner, maybe a vegetable stew. But always consult a doctor for personalized advice.
