Honestly, I tried some of these 'tricks' when I was trying to lose weight last year, and jello was one of them. For me, it just felt like eating dessert, didn't really help much with actual weight loss. Stick to proper meals and exercise, bhai.

With PCOS, I'm always careful about these 'trick' diets. Jello, especially the sugary kind, can actually mess with your insulin. If you're looking for something for weight loss, focus on balanced meals and maybe talk to a dietician first to see what suits your body.

I totally get wanting to find easy ways to lose weight! There's so much info online. But for jello, you really have to be careful about the sugar content. Maybe try finding healthy, low-calorie snacks that fill you up instead of something that might just be empty calories.

As a vegetarian and someone who focuses on whole foods, I'd say most store-bought jello is full of artificial colors and sweeteners, which isn't ideal for health or weight loss. If you want something light, maybe try a fruit smoothie or a small bowl of dahi instead. Much more nutritious.

Achha, jello trick, maine bhi suna hai. But often these things just cost money and don't give results. Better to focus on ghar ka khana and thoda walk. Sometimes people spend so much on these fads, it's better to save that money for a good doctor checkup if you're really struggling with weight.

As a diabetic, jello is a big no-no for me unless it's the sugar-free kind, and even then, I use it sparingly. For weight loss, especially if you have any health conditions, please be very careful about these quick fixes. Always better to consult your doctor or a dietician who knows your history.
