I totally get it! Finding the right breakfast can be tricky. What works for me is a good balance of protein and fiber. Think poha with lots of veggies and peanuts, or a bowl of daliya with sprouts. Keeps you full for longer.

I always struggle with breakfast for weight loss. I try to eat oats or eggs, but then I get hungry again quickly. Does anyone else feel like they need something really filling to avoid snacking later?

Dekho, subah ka nashta strong hona chahiye, lekin light. Oatmeal, eggs, or a good veg poha with less oil. Avoid parathas and fried stuff. Simple rakho, body ko energy mile aur pet bhara rahe. That's it.

Initially, I used to panic thinking about what to eat for breakfast to lose weight. Now I realize it's not that complicated. Just focus on high protein and fiber. Dal dosa, sprouts salad, or even just a handful of almonds with a fruit can be a good start. Don't overthink it, just make consistent healthy choices.

From my experience, protein is your best friend for weight loss breakfast. Eggs, paneer, or even a protein shake. If you like Indian options, besan chilla with loads of veggies works wonders. It keeps you full and avoids those mid-morning cravings. Don't skip breakfast!

My child, a healthy breakfast is not just about the food, but also about the intention. Eat something wholesome and fresh, like fruits and a light poha or upma. Be mindful as you eat, and nourish your body with gratitude. Stay positive, and the weight will balance itself.
