For weight loss, and especially if you have conditions like thyroid, choice of food matters. Plain rolled oats or steel-cut oats are generally best because they have no added sugar and are high in fiber. Avoid instant or flavored oatmeals as they often contain a lot of sugar. Always check ingredients and maybe ask your doctor or a dietitian about your overall diet plan.

Our family uses normal, plain rolled oats. My doctor also says plain oats are good for digestion and weight management. Avoid the instant, sugary packets. You can add fruits and nuts for flavor, that is much healthier. Always trust your doctor for specific diet advice.

Haan, weight loss ke liye oatmeal achha hai. Lekin instant waala mat lena. Woh zyada processed hota hai aur sugar bhi hoti hai. Na, plain rolled oats ya steel-cut oats best hain. Usme thode dry fruits aur fruits daal ke khaao, pet bhi bharega aur healthy bhi.

For true wellness, we seek natural and wholesome foods. Plain, unflavored oats, like steel-cut or rolled oats, are good. If you're looking for oatmeal for weight loss, stick to plain, unflavored steel-cut or rolled oats. They're high in fiber, which keeps you full. Avoid the sugary instant packets. You can add protein powder, berries, or nuts for a balanced meal. It's a good complex carb, but portion control is still important.
