What is the best fiber for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight after my second pregnancy and someone suggested increasing fiber. I eat a lot of rotis and sabzis, but I'm not sure which kind of fiber is actually good for shedding kilos. My cousin lost a lot of weight and keeps telling me to eat more fiber, so thought I'd ask.

For weight loss, I've found that natural fibers from whole foods work best. Things like fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains, they really help with digestion and make you feel full longer. Along with my yoga, this simple approach has been great.

Honestly, instead of just picking a fiber, it's always good to talk to a dietician or your doctor. They can suggest what's best for YOUR body and health goals, especially if you have any underlying conditions. Don't self-prescribe, please.

Hey, don't overthink this too much. Soluble fiber like oats, beans, and chia seeds can be really helpful because they make you feel full. Insoluble fiber from things like whole wheat or leafy greens helps with digestion. Just try to include a mix in your daily meals, that's usually enough.

See, no need to buy fancy supplements. Ghaas-phoos jo hum khaate hain na, sabzi, daal, whole grains... wohi sabse acchi fiber hai aur sasti bhi. Budget mein rehta hai aur sehat bhi acchi rehti hai. Plan your meals with these basic things.

Fiber is super important! 🍎🥦 I love adding flax seeds to my smoothies or just eating more fruits like apples and pears with their skin on. They fill you up and are so good for you! Happy eating! 😊

Natural sources are always the best for fiber. Think about oats for breakfast, lentils and beans for lunch/dinner, and plenty of vegetables. If you're struggling to lose weight despite a fiber-rich diet, then it's good to consult a doctor, maybe some other issue is there.

I track my fiber intake with an app, it really helps! Psyllium husk is a popular one, but honestly, adding more high-fiber foods like berries, avocado, and leafy greens directly to your diet is more effective. My app gives me a breakdown of what I'm missing.
