Yaar, 'best' fasting schedule sounds a bit intense, no? Don't stress too much about finding a perfect one. Intermittent fasting, like 16:8 (fast for 16 hours, eat in an 8-hour window), is quite popular. But honestly, it's more about what fits your lifestyle and what you can sustain without feeling miserable. Listen to your body!

For something like fasting, which can really impact your body, please don't just pick a schedule from the internet. What works for one person might be harmful for another. You absolutely must talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before starting any fasting regimen for weight loss. Get professional advice, always.

Fasting for weight loss? At my age, I just fast from chasing after my kids all day! 😂 Seriously though, I've heard about that 16:8 method. But I'm too fond of my morning chai and evening snacks. Consistency with healthy eating and some walking is probably less complicated for us older folks.

Fasting schedules don't cost money, but wrong ones can cost your health! Before trying anything, ensure you're getting proper nutrition during your eating windows, otherwise you might end up spending on supplements or even doctor visits. Consult a professional to plan it right, especially if you have existing conditions.

I've been thinking about trying intermittent fasting for weight loss, but I get so anxious about picking the right schedule. Has anyone tried the 5:2 method or alternate day fasting? Did it make you feel too weak or dizzy? I'm worried about feeling low on energy.
