What is the best diet for thyroid?

My thyroid levels have been fluctuating, and my doctor suggested looking into my diet. I'm confused about what foods are good and bad for thyroid health. Can someone recommend a good diet plan?

Oh, thyroid diet... I feel like everything I eat affects it. Has anyone else felt super confused about what's good and what's not? I get so anxious trying to figure it out.

Best diet for thyroid? Haha, at my age, 'best diet' is anything that doesn't make me feel more tired than I already am! Seriously though, doc said more greens and less processed stuff. Easier said than done, no?

Look, for thyroid, there's no magic diet. Just eat ghar ka khana, balanced meals, not too much outside food. Aur haan, regular checkups and medicine on time is important. Don't overthink it, just be consistent.

For thyroid, it's often about balancing nutrients, not just cutting out things like for diabetes. I was told to be careful with soy and certain cruciferous veggies if raw. Always check with your doctor, especially if you have other conditions.

Please, please get proper advice from an endocrinologist. I ignored my symptoms for too long thinking I could fix it with diet, but my thyroid levels went haywire. Don't make my mistake; get tested and follow your doctor's plan.
