What is good for women's hair loss?

I've noticed a lot more hair falling out lately, especially when I wash it. It's making my hair look quite thin and I'm worried. What are some good ways to deal with women's hair loss?

For women's hair loss, it's so important to rule out underlying issues. I know because with my thyroid, I faced severe hair fall. Get your blood tests done – check thyroid, iron, vitamin D. Sometimes just correcting a deficiency makes a huge difference. Don't just look for external solutions.

Yaar, hair loss is like every other girl's nightmare! Actually, stress is a big factor, so try to chill. And I heard that eating protein-rich food and a good multivitamin helps a lot. But if it's too much, best to see a dermatologist or trichologist. My friend had good results with minoxidil, but that's prescribed.

I can only share what I've tried. For me, regular oiling with coconut oil, using a mild shampoo, and trying to eat a balanced diet with lots of greens made a bit of difference. But if it's really severe, it's probably best to ask a doctor, I'm not an expert.

Ugh, hair fall is literally the worst! I noticed mine got bad during exam stress. My friend uses onion oil and says it helps, but honestly, I think it's more about less stress and eating proper meals. And mom always says to oil my hair regularly. Who has the time though?

Please be careful with all the random 'remedies' you see online for hair loss. Many are unproven and can even worsen things. Women's hair loss can have many causes, from hormones to nutrition. Always consult a dermatologist or a doctor who specializes in hair to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
