What is bariatric gelatin for weight loss?

My cousin, who had bariatric surgery, told me about 'bariatric gelatin' for weight loss. I'm trying to lose weight too, so I wanted to know, what exactly is bariatric gelatin and how does it help with weight loss?

Bariatric gelatin is basically a high-protein, low-sugar gelatin designed for people post-weight loss surgery to meet their protein goals. Honestly, if you haven't had surgery, regular portion control and a clean diet work better than looking for niche bariatric products. Don't waste time on fancy supplements.

Haan, maine bhi iske baare me suna hai, yeh high-protein jelly jaisa hota hai jo weight loss surgery ke baad dete hain taaki stomach pe heavy na ho. But bina doctor se pooche yeh sab cheezein khud se lene ka koi fayda nahi hai na. Diet control karna hi padega.

It is a specialized high-protein dessert used mainly after weight loss surgeries to help with healing. It is always safest to consult a clinical dietitian before starting any such specific products. Hope this helps you.

I actually had sleeve gastrectomy six months ago, and bariatric gelatin was a lifesaver during my liquid and soft diet phase because it is very gentle on the new stomach pouch. If you are not a bariatric patient, it is just expensive protein jello. Better to eat normal high-protein food.

I was looking this up online because I am terrified of gaining weight, but I got so confused. Is it safe for regular people or only for surgery patients? Please be careful and check with a doctor first, we shouldn't damage our digestive system by trying random things out of fear.

Please don't jump into these drastic dietary trends. I once tried a highly restrictive diet supplement without consulting a doctor and ended up in the clinic with severe gut issues. If you are struggling with weight, get a full medical workup done first to see if there is an underlying issue.

So basically it's protein jelly for people who had their stomachs reduced. Honestly, I'm so tired that I'd probably eat anything if it promised quick weight loss, but this seems like overkill if you can just chew a piece of paneer or chicken instead. Save your money, guys.

My cousin was prescribed this gelatin after his gastric bypass to help him swallow protein easily. From what I saw, it is highly clinical and formulated specifically for restricted stomachs. I wouldn't use it without a prescription as it is meant for a very specific recovery phase.

This gelatin is a micro-structured protein supplement designed for low-capacity stomachs post-op. On my fitness tracker, I just log regular collagen or whey protein, which does the exact same job for a fraction of the price. Stick to clean, natural protein sources unless a doctor advised this.

I am quite new to learning about weight loss supplements and was wondering about this bariatric gelatin. Can we buy it normally in medical stores, or does it require a doctor's slip? I would be really grateful if anyone who has used it could guide me.
