What is a realistic weight loss goal?

I'm trying to lose some weight, but I don't want to go for extreme diets. What would be considered a realistic and healthy weight loss goal for someone like me?

For me, with thyroid issues, realistic weight loss is very slow, maybe 0.5-1 kg a month, and it's always under doctor's guidance. It's not about quick fixes. So, if you have any underlying health conditions, always get blood tests and consult a doctor or a dietician. They will help you set a safe, realistic goal.

Forget all those 'lose 10 kg in 10 days' internet scams. A realistic and healthy weight loss goal is usually around 0.5 to 1 kilogram per week. Anything more drastic is probably not sustainable or safe. Always verify your diet and exercise plans with a doctor or a certified nutritionist, don't just blindly follow online fads.

Yaar, realistic weight loss is like, 0.5 to 1 kg per week, max. Anything faster than that is usually not sustainable or healthy, actually. So, aim for around 2-4 kg a month, maybe. It's a marathon, not a sprint, haan.

A realistic weight loss goal is typically considered to be about 0.5 to 1 kilogram (1 to 2 pounds) per week. This pace is generally sustainable and safer for your body.

Honestly, don't stress too much about super fast weight loss! A healthy and realistic goal is usually like 1 to 2 pounds (or about 0.5 to 1 kg) per week. It sounds slow, but it's what sticks and is actually good for your body. Consistency over speed, ya know?
