What is a good ketone level for weight loss?

I'm trying out a ketogenic diet for weight loss, and I bought some ketone strips. My friend who is also doing keto said I should be in a certain range for it to work. What's a good ketone level to aim for to actually lose weight?

Actually, for optimal ketosis and weight loss, a level between 0.5 to 3.0 mmol/L is considered the sweet spot, yaar. But don't stress too much about matching exact numbers every day. Just stick to your clean diet and let your body adapt naturally.

I remember crying out of frustration when my ketone levels wouldn't budge even after starving myself on low carb. It is so emotionally exhausting to focus just on these chemical numbers. Please don't be too hard on yourself, weight loss is a long journey and your peace of mind matters more.

I used to panic when my breath analyzer showed low ketones, thinking my whole diet failed. But later my nutritionist reassured me that even a light level like 0.6 mmol/L is perfectly fine for fat burning. You don't need extremely high levels to see good weight loss results.

For nutritional ketosis, 1.0 to 1.5 mmol/L is a great target during your active weight loss phase. Make sure you are keeping your protein intake optimal so you don't lose muscle mass while chasing these ketone numbers. Pair it with regular strength training for best results.

Bhai, yeh ketone level ke chakkar mein zyada mat pado, bas ghar ka khana khao aur thoda mitha kam kar do. Thoda rojana chalna shuru karo, sharir apne aap thik ho jayega. Humare yahan toh log bina in sab machine ke hi tandurust rehte hain.

Please be very careful when trying to reach high ketone levels, especially if you have any history of kidney or liver issues. Extremely high ketones can sometimes border on dangerous territory like ketoacidosis. It is always safest to consult a qualified doctor before starting a strict ketogenic diet.
