I recently lost 12 kgs, and changing my breakfast was the biggest factor. I swapped high-carb poha for a high-protein breakfast like boiled egg whites or paneer bhurji with lots of veggies, which kept me full till lunchtime.

I know how frustrating it is to starve yourself on plain salads and still not see the scale budge. What helped me emotionally was eating a filling, warm bowl of vegetable oats upma with some curd so I didn't feel deprived.

For sustainable weight loss, always aim for a balance of complex carbohydrates and protein. A moong dal cheela with paneer stuffing or steel-cut oats with a few soaked almonds are excellent, easy-to-digest options.

When I visited the clinical nutritionist at Max Hospital, she told me that skipping breakfast actually slows down metabolism. She prescribed a customized portion-controlled diet based on my body composition, which I highly recommend doing.

Be kind to your body and don't rush the process. A simple, fresh, and satvik breakfast like a bowl of mixed seasonal fruits with some sprouts can bring good energy and health. Bless you.

Eating warm, home-cooked daliya with plenty of seasonal vegetables is a wonderful natural way to boost fiber and lose weight. However, if your weight gain is sudden or accompanied by severe fatigue, do consult a doctor to check for hormonal issues.

Actually, those packaged fitness bars are a total scam, yaar. I just stick to home-cooked besan chilla or simple sprouts bhel with lemon. It is cheap, keeps you full, and is actually super healthy.

With my hypothyroid condition, losing weight is incredibly hard. I had to structure my breakfast around high protein and fiber under my doctor's guidance, and keeping an eye on regular TSH tests is absolutely essential.

While high-protein breakfasts like eggs or Greek yogurt help with satiety, sudden drastic changes in diet can affect your uric acid or kidney parameters. Please consult a health professional to ensure your diet plan is safe for your medical history.

Don't fall for crash diets. The secret is simple: high protein, moderate fiber, and low simple carbs. Start eating 3 egg whites with a slice of multi-grain bread or paneer bhurji, and you will see consistent weight loss without losing muscle.

If only dreaming about hot parathas burned calories, I'd be a model by now! But jokes aside, swapping the parathas for vegetable upma actually does wonders for the waistline.

Honestly, my weight loss breakfast is just black coffee and regret because I woke up too late to cook anything. But on good days, a couple of boiled eggs is the only thing that keeps me awake and functional.
