What gym machines are best for weight loss?

I'm trying to get back into shape and my doctor advised me to start exercising. I'm thinking of joining a gym, but I'm not sure which machines I should focus on for weight loss. What gym machines are best for someone my age to lose weight effectively?

I find the elliptical machine best because it lets me burn off last night's biryani without hurting my knees. It's relatively easy to use, so I can daydream about my next meal while working out!

The treadmill or stationary cycle can be wonderful tools to channel your energy. Just focus on your breath, stay positive during the movement, and let your body find its natural, healthy balance.

Over the years, many in our community have found the stair climber and the elliptical to be the most effective for fat loss. However, do not overexert yourself on day one; start slow and build your stamina gradually.

The rowing machine is great because it works the upper and lower body. While using these machines, ensure you are fueling yourself with a clean, high-protein vegetarian diet so you don't feel fatigued.

Honestly, the best machine is the one you actually use consistently. That being said, the rowing machine and the stair climber offer the highest caloric burn because they engage multiple major muscle groups simultaneously.

I was researching this and apparently, the fan bike (Assault Bike) burns the most calories per minute because it uses both arm and leg power. It looks really intense, but seems highly effective for quick workouts.

A stationary bicycle is a very safe machine to start with. However, if you experience sudden chest pain or severe dizziness while using any gym machine, please stop immediately and consult a doctor.

I just put the treadmill on maximum incline and walk at a moderate speed while watching YouTube. It's called the 12-3-30 workout and it actually works great without making you feel completely dead.
