What fruits are not good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have been incorporating a lot of fruits into my diet. However, a friend told me some fruits can actually hinder weight loss. Which fruits should I be careful about if I want to lose weight?

I am so tired that I fell asleep on my yoga mat today. But from what I know, fruits like bananas, mangoes, and grapes are pretty high in calories and natural sugars. If you eat them by the dozen while sitting on the couch like me, they definitely won't help you lose weight!

We must treat our bodies with gentle care and positive energy. Fruits like mangoes and sweet grapes are rich and heavy gifts of nature, so they are not ideal if your goal is to reduce weight. Focus on lighter melons and keep your mind peaceful.

When people ask me this, I tell them to be careful with dried fruits like raisins and dates, as well as high-calorie fruits like chiku and custard apples. They are packed with sugar and can easily stall your weight loss progress. Moderation is always the key.

It is always safer to consult a qualified nutritionist before cutting out any fruit group entirely from your meals. While mangoes and bananas have more calories, they also have vital nutrients. Get a personalized plan that matches your specific health condition.

My doctor told me that if I keep eating sweet mangoes and bananas under the name of 'fruit diet', my weight will go up, not down. Sadly, the high-calorie ones are always the tastiest. I have had to switch to papayas and apples now.
