In our times, we were always told to avoid raw papaya and pineapple during the early months. Stick to thoroughly cooked home meals and avoid eating street food to prevent stomach infections.

Please be very careful and avoid half-cooked eggs, raw sprouts, or unpasteurized dairy. Any foodborne bacteria can be risky, so consult your doctor before trying any new health foods.

Just eat normal, freshly made daal-roti-sabzi and stay away from Chinese food or bakery items with too much soda. No need to overcomplicate things with fancy foreign diet charts.

Avoid heavy sesame seeds or hot-potency spices in excess. If you feel any stomach cramping or severe nausea, do not rely on home remedies and visit the hospital immediately.

Say goodbye to your beloved spicy panipuri from the roadside vendor for a while! Your baby doesn't need that level of spice adventure right now. Stick to safe home food.

Avoid stale or frozen food during this sacred time, as it lacks life energy. Freshly prepared, gentle sattvik meals keep both your mind and the baby calm and healthy.

With all the dos and don'ts from family, my wife could barely eat anything peacefully. Just avoid raw papaya and overly spicy food, rest is fine. Don't worry too much.

My doctor at Apollo gave me a clear list: no raw fish, no unpasteurized cheese, and limit caffeine strictly. It is always safest to ask your OB-GYN directly during your regular checkup.

I am so anxious about accidentally eating something bad. Did anyone else feel scared every time they ate outside food during their first trimester?
